A. The following acts and conduct of the students will amount to misconduct:

1. Misbehaviour towards teachers, fellow students or any other employee of the school.
2. Internal or external disturbance of classes.
3. Absence from classes without permission of teachers, supervisor and headmistress.
4. Damaging, losing or disfiguring school property.
5. Indulgence in any kind of physical violence.
6. Disobedience towards, H.M., teachers or any other employee of the school.
7. Bringing unauthorized people or articles inside the school premises.
8. Theft of school or students property.

B. The above acts of misconduct can allow the H.M. to take following disciplinary actions:

1. Oral or written warnings to the students and parents.
2. Suspension from school for a specified time period.
3. Recovery of loss to school property.
4. Issue of ‘Transfer Certificate’.
