LIBRARY
It is rightly said that the entire universe can be seen through books. Books are the eye-opener for students as well as windows to know the world around them.
Our school has an adequate library facility to give enough knowledge and entertainment to students from primary to secondary sections. Students use this to develop their vocabulary their inner psyche, the art of reading, writing, values etc.
COMPUTER LAB
Schools always endeavor to develop the growing inquisitive minds of students. Today’s world has reached a position where Artificial Intelligence has started to play a major role in our lives. The discovery of the Internet has put us on the highway of information. All these advancements in information technology start with exposure to Computers and programming language in an earlier stage of a student’s life.
Our school computer lab provides a window to these young minds to access the world of Information technology. Our young students can fulfill their technological quest and learn to solve the problems of mankind by applying the knowledge of computers in their personal lives. Each child has easy access to the computer and is well-guided by our teachers.
SCIENCE LAB
Our school has a spacious laboratory to accommodate the students to carry out various scientific experiments comfortably as per the Syllabus. The touch of the microscope, the wonders in the eyes of our children when they see the cell of an onion under a microscope, The magic of chemical experiments, to see light passing through the lenses, etc. are fascinating enough to ignite these minds. The laboratory has all the required equipment, specimens and apparatus to develop the scientific temper in students and satisfy their curious minds. It’s paving a path for young scientists of the future.
SCHOOL BAND
Mar Thoma School Maharashtra also gives training to the students for band practice. We have a special instructor to train our students for inter-school band competitions. The school is equipped with all the band instruments required for the band practice.
SMART BOARDS
Our school has the facility of Smart Boards in each classroom to help the students in learning with lots of interest and fun. It helps the students to get the concrete idea about the abstract concepts too and retain the learnings better for longer duration. It helps the students to manage time and spelling errors in writing by providing writing materials on the screen. It helps the teachers also for presenting their lessons effectively. It helps to provide healthy environment by avoiding chalk dust.
