School Events of 2022-23
- International Yoga Day was celebrated in the school. On 21st June, 2022. Students Std. VI to Std. X participated in the programme.
- Investiture Ceremony was held in the school premises on 13th July, 2022
- Workshop based on Stress Management was conducted by Mr. Johnson Thomas, Director of Aasara an NGO for Std. IX students
- Independence Day was celebrated on 15th August, 2022 at Mar Thoma School Maharashtra with flag hoisting ceremony and various cultural programmes. Four Students were felicitated for scoring above 90% in Board exam by the Governing Council Members.
- Band Competition was held on 20th September, 2022 in Loreto Convent School.
- A seminar was conducted on the concept Awareness to create input formulation of sustainable goals related to environment.” It was conducted by Dr. Abraham Joseph an expert on Economic Research Policy, Socio Economic Advisor in UN.
- On 20th December, there was the Annual Sports Meet of Mar Thoma School Maharashtra.
- A workshop on Career Guidance was held in Mar Thoma School Maharashtra, Govandi on 16th September 2022. The programme was conducted by Prof. George Varghese for std. X students.
- An eye Check-up camp was held in our school by the organization “Vision Roshni where students with eye problems received spectacles free of cost.
- Harit Mela was held in our school to create the awareness among people about the goodness of past pollution free life It tried to show the peaceful and harmonious life of the past, fall of creation due to industrialization, pollution, etc. and finally restoration of our resources.
- Students were encouraged to fulfil the mission of Proud to be a Kitchen crops and vegetables producer by growing.
